Kick start an active healthy lifestyle with some no strings badminton. Enjoy convenient weekly court time that gets you swinging a racket for fun and fitness with other players of all abilities and ages. Equipment is available so don’t worry if you don’t have any rackets or shuttlecocks.

When: Every Saturday

Time: 11.30am -12.30pm & 12.30pm – 1.30pm

Where: Watford Central, Peace Prospect, Hempstead Road, WD17 3HA   (Get Directions)

Who: This session is open to everyone

Cost: £3 Adults , £1.50 Under 16’s (Under 16’s FREE with a full paying adult ).  Stay for both sessions (2 hours) for £5 adults and £2.50 children.
